Membership in the Cherokees of Central Florida will be open to anyone whose behavior is not in direct conflict with the By-Laws and/or the interest of the Cherokees of Central Florida or the Cherokee Nation. However, membership in the Cherokees of Central Florida must be composed of no less then 60% Cherokee Nation Citizens. Membership will be defined as those that have paid their dues and not in direct conflict with the By-Laws. Annual dues will be set at 15 dollars per individual, and 25 dollars per household. All new members will be put on a probationary period of 6 months. Applications for non Cherokee Nation Citizens into the Cherokees of Central Florida may be put on hold in order to abide by the 60% requirement that Cherokee Nation Citizens compose a minimum of 60% percent of its members.
